SHIPPING COSTS
FREE Shipping on all orders!
LEAD-TIMES
Normal order processing can take between 2-3 business days (Monday – Friday).
*Due to Covid restrictions and Freight company delays, shipping Lead-Times may extend to 3-5 days.
SHIPPING DELIVERY
All international shipments will be delivered within 7-10 business days after order processing, depending on the delivery location.
Orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, and FedEx to ensure quick and secure delivery.
A physical address is required for shipment. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
*Customer is responsible for International Customs, Duties and other Fees upon entry to their respective Country.
*Change of Delivery Address Fee / Re-Consignment Fee – We charge $100 fee for CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS requests.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed on Friday generally will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. We observe all federal holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday (most orders will also ship Monday).
Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.
Order acceptance occurs only when your order has been shipped. We will notify you by email when that has occurred.
RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Your order will leave our warehouse in good condition and risk of loss passes to you when we deliver your package to the shipper. If your order is damaged in shipment, please contact the shipper immediately to make a claim.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase, so long as a BOL hasn’t been created, and the order hasn’t shipped. You will be responsible for contacting us for a cancellation request. Once an order is processed or shipped, the terms of our Returns Policy will apply.
Any cancellation requests made after 24 hours cannot guarantee your request will be granted due to our expedited processing.
Please Note: Our warehouse works fast, and orders are often already packed up, shrink wrapped on pallets, and loaded on DHL trailers before a tracking number is uploaded to you. In many cases becomes impossible to locate your box and stop the shipment. Once the order is en route, it then becomes a general return under our easy 30 day return policy.
